What is initial supervision and why do I need it?
The initial supervision period is where you gain up to 12 months on-the-job Australian electrical industry experience, although the duration of this time depends if you have any previous experience gained in Australia.
You need to undergo this training as its part of the journey to getting your full Electricians License in Australia.
During this initial period, your work experience will be recorded with your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to gather and assess evidence. When all the off-the-job competencies and on-the-job experience has been verified by the RTO and employer; you then need to complete a practical assessment. When you’ve passed the theory and practical assessments you’ll receive the Certificate III in Electro-technology Systems Electrician. Job done! All you need to do is get registered.FREE Visa Assessment We make the whole process simple
